Where Double Counter is strong
- The most advanced alt and VPN detection of the bots here.
Worth knowing
On October 4, 2026 Double Counter was breached through an old, still-online server. Its operator reported data for about 28 million accounts copied in part, including IP addresses with approximate locations and about 1 million email addresses; Have I Been Pwned lists about 275,000 email addresses. Discord paused new installs of the app while it was assessed.
Kipp was designed so a copied database is far less useful: it never stores IP addresses, and the fingerprints it keeps are one-way and different in every server.
Why people choose Kipp
- Every protection and moderation feature is free, in every server.
- It never asks for Administrator, so it only ever holds the permissions it needs.
- It keeps no IP addresses and encrypts sensitive data, and it watches for its own login being stolen.
- Everything is explained: every action comes with a reason and can be undone.

How we compare: we only list what each bot’s own website, docs and privacy policy say, or what reputable reporting confirms. “Not in their docs” means we couldn’t find it in their public pages, not that the bot can’t do it. Bots change; if anything here is wrong or out of date, tell us in the support server and we’ll fix it.
