Troubleshooting

When Kipp can’t act or doesn’t respond.

1. 1. Run the troubleshooter

   It checks Kipp’s permissions, role position and channels, and says how to fix each problem.

   /troubleshoot

2. 2. Kipp can’t act on someone

   Their highest role is above Kipp’s. Move Kipp’s role higher in Server Settings, Roles.

3. 3. Commands don’t show up

   Make sure Kipp was invited with the applications.commands scope, and that the command isn’t switched off in Settings › Features.

4. 4. Still stuck?

   Ask in the support server, or send feedback.
